A program In Miracles (ACIM) teaches us that The fact is from the mind. Yet there is a belief system which causes deception, a situation of unawareness, which obscures the awareness of truth. There’s an opportunity, in a deeply meaningful way, to get together and appear calmly with the obstacles to Love and have the Spirit to bring illumination. Your brain which perceives itself as existing inside a realm of duality always operates coming from a dualistic belief system. Continually questioning this dualistic belief system is often perceived as unsettling and overwhelming; yet this questioning is essential if your are to attain a consistent state of peace.
There exists only one Spirit, but there appear to be many thoughts, emotions, and perceptions that conceal awareness of Spirit. These are generally all temptations to forget Self and God. If faith is offered to the telltale illusions, there isnrrrt willingness to question the underlying false belief at the root of most misperception. It is very important for individuals to become open-minded and prepared to let the Spirit help us unveil this false belief. A program In Miracles (ACIM) along with the ACIM lessons can deal with this.
The message I am sharing is facts are inside you and that consistent reassurance is often a goal that one could and inevitably must attain, because it is the one Reality. It’s actually a peace which comes into awareness from being tuned directly into that small, still Voice within, and releasing another voice in the deceived mind, the ego, the actual voice of conflict, fear, and death. In this sense our topic today could be described similar to this: there are 2 voices in the deceived mind, and this discussion is often a ways to help each of us discover how to listen and then the Voice for God or the Voice for peace, and thus bring a conclusion to self deception. In the a course in miracles (ACIM) this Voice for God is called the Holy Spirit.
This Voice for God (Holy Spirit) you may also have called one’s intuition or inner guide. You may think on this Voice as an “Inner Knowing,” or “Higher Power.” That which you need to do is get beyond the words, that are forms, and go deeper. You want to join in an intention to have clarity of mind and reassurance. You want to come to the existing moment, to the realization that right this moment, this very instant, the first is perfect. It isn’t dependent on trying to increase and improve one’s self.
Regardless of how improved or inflated the limited self seems to be, it’ll do not be the changeless, eternal Self that God created. You need to know about the trap of thinking that one’s happiness, reassurance, and salvation are somewhere off later on. The linear (past- future) concept of time is part of the dualistic belief system that needs to be questioned. There exists great joy and contentment in the example of NOW. God isn’t longing upon us or dangling a carrot of eternal peace before us, saying “Here’s Enlightenment, keep reaching . . .OOPS, you missed again.” Out of this Course In Miracles we look for Enlightenment is proper here, right this moment, for the mind that is ready, open, and prepared to recognize it.
The dominion of Heaven is at hand means it is Now. Now is the gateway to the Eternal. For time and eternity cannot both exist. All is One with God, and i’m grateful for the Beloved Eternity which can be Real and True. This is the time of Salvation!
