For many years I had difficult times i became driven to learn these particular things were happening in my experience.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, that I almost overlooked Bitesized and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I know, that I what food was in preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I used to be living in hell. The perception I’d of my experience then has not been great, I used to be far more concerned from the negative, brimming with fear and seeking for someone or something like that the culprit and assume responsibilty.
Then I came across that I has not been on your own going through difficult times, there where lots of others going through tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, they were still being challenged on the core, this provided comfort realizing that the tough journey has not been just for me. Because of this understanding I began to give myself permission to come out of the victim mindset that had me inside a mental prison for many years. The truth is people have to endure some difficult times at different periods individuals lives and no-one really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of what we are able to do about this? Most people find here, for that reason question. You know yourself that you don’t get sound advice which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.
That which you decide to do here will define the path that you’ll follow. Lets take one example. Maybe you have felt just like you were a sufferer associated with a circumstance? What will happen that mindset is often a spiralling down into negative emotions you will learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down from the dumps? This is very usual to most of us, we have areas were we have been adamant it’s beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for people to make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, when you start to consentrate similar to this it can make you lose your control of what are you doing. Once you get in this frame of mind or belief it’s very challenging to leave it, you will require something a lot more powerful frame of mind that you should be free.
At this time many are asleep, so that they should wake up from other slumber. When you find yourself wake up something changes, you then become mindful of how we are already playing smaller than average are becoming a sufferer. When you are mindful of this you open a door for your perception to improve. Your way to be positive starts here which experience is what I call a shift in a new way of thinking. This transitioning duration of transformation is normally slow but definitely worth the wait.
We all know that transitioning can be quite a challenging time while taking care of letting go of the old in order that the new can occur. The majority of us find change very difficult to take care of as naturally we quite often fight any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in what we have been informed about that is otherwise referred to as the comfort zone. In the comfort zone most of us we dwell there for days periods, what we don’t realise is change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. Therefore it is usually good to go with the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. That you should accept the change and stay in flow from it you need to have a confident understanding of the circumstances that you’re going through.
One of the most challenging question a large number of people ask is how to make sure? Generally we have been creatures of habit we find just changing one thing from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
