For countless years I underwent difficult times and i also became driven to discover these particular things were happening if you ask me.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Bitesized and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I know, i was in preparation for my advancement. At that time it felt like I used to be surviving in hell. The perception I had of my experience then had not been great, I used to be more tightly focused within the negative, full of fear and searching for someone something like that responsible and take responsibility.

Then I ran across i had not been on your own going through difficult times, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a little dissimilar to mine, these were still being challenged to the core, so this set it up comfort if you know the tough journey had not been exclusively for me. Because of this understanding I started to present myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that have me inside a mental prison for quite some time. The thing is people have to undergo some difficult times at different periods individuals lives and no-one really knows why we need to have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves that which you can perform regarding it? A lot of people find yourself in trouble here, for that reason question. You tell yourself you do not follow simple proven steps which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.

Everything you decide to do here will define the way you will follow. Lets take an example. Have you felt as if you were a target of the circumstance? What will happen that mindset can be a spiralling down into negative emotions you are going to learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down within the dumps? This is extremely common to many of us, we’ve areas were we’re adamant it is beyond our understanding, therefore it is easier for all of us to help make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, when you commence to consider such as this celebrate you lose your management of what is happening. When investing in in that state of mind or belief it’s very hard to leave it, you will want something considerably more powerful state of mind that you can be free.

At this stage the majority are asleep, so that they need to awaken using their slumber. This transitioning period of transformation is generally slow but well worth the wait.

You know that transitioning can be quite a challenging time when you are focusing on releasing that old in order that the new can emerge. Many of us find change very difficult to handle as by nature we often fight against any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in things that we’re knowledgeable about that is otherwise referred to as safe place. In the safe place many of us we dwell there for too long periods, that which you don’t realise is always that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. Therefore it is usually all set with the flow as an alternative to resisting and fighting. That you should accept the progres and turn into in flow by it you might want an optimistic understanding of instances that you’re going through.

One of the most challenging question that lots of people ask is how to make sure? Generally we’re creatures of habit look for just changing a very important factor away from our usual pattern rather painful yet it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings the greatest results.
