Being a total health nut, cyclist and trail runner (just under Ironman Level Class), I am often asked; “Sure, anyone can obtain body into a fit condition when they have time to exercise and consume a proper diet, what about your brain? How does one improve their cognitive function and raise their IQ?” Well, were told that the genetics determine your upper-end IQ, though if you have to get to all or any that and enhance your cognitive function, I’d suggest a few supplements i currently take. Let’s talk.

The thing is that I propose the next supplements:

– Ginkgo Biloba
– Ginseng
– Chromium Picolinate
– Dong Quai

For ionz – they work great. Recently, I read a classic article in Consumer Advisory Online titled; “Brain Supplement Reviews Buyer’s Guide 2015 – How to choose Brain Supplements Online,” which stated:

“Consumer Advisor Online will not often review supplements, consider we’ve got received a large number of requests for our opinion for the new brain and memory nootropics supplement craze sweeping the nation, we decided to weigh in that assist demystify this so- called ‘wonder pill’.

We started hearing the thrill when Daytime TV Doctors, started touting these new pills that improve concentration, memory recall, focus, mental clarity and. Even though we love to the nice Doctor with his fantastic purple gloves, we do not love the droves of hucksters who prey on his loyal viewers trying to make some fast cash, often selling low-grade versions of his medical discoveries. So, we researched over 38 popular brands on the market both online and in stores. We’re going to sing just like a canary about; The things they do not want one to know!”

This makes perfect sense in my opinion. A little bit ago, a friend asks; “When I googled best brain supplements, this informative article showed up. I am curious about what you think that given it doesn’t mention any of the goods that you recommend that I take.”

Well they’re combo supplements with many different ingredients and that i ponder whether that’s the ultimate way. For example, Ginseng – stabilizes blood flow and increases adrenaline, that isn’t just a brain thing, but without good blood flow, the brain doesn’t do well, and helping it get oxygen helps. Ginkgo Biloba is known by Eastern Medicine to aid with brain memory, I am surprised the content didn’t mention it in any way. Do i think the the opposite one I said. The Chromium Picolinate has always been considered a good brain supplement.

This post looks like it’s using research containing specific enzymes or proteins flipping switches of genes recognized to help the brain. That’s to convey that this supplements I said don’t contain some of those naturally, instead of going directly with exact or specific thing experienceing this same results? I’d have to research this more, it can be interesting, regardless of whether I would not trust internet crap in magazines much. I will have to check out the cited studies more.
