For several years I had a down economy and I became driven to determine the things were happening to me.


This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, which i almost overlooked Bitesized and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I am aware, which i what food was in preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I was residing in hell. The perception I’d of my experience then had not been great, I was focused inside the negative, full of fear looking for a person or something like that at fault and be responsible.

Then I stumbled upon which i had not been the only person dealing with a down economy, there where lots of others dealing with tough experiences too. Though their experiences were somewhat dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged towards the core, this provided comfort knowing that the hard journey had not been only for me. For that reason understanding I began to give myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which had me within a mental prison for countless years. You see all of us have to endure some a down economy at different periods of our lives and nobody really knows why we have to have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of what we should are able to do over it? A lot of people find here, for that reason question. You tell yourself that you do not get sound advice which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

Whatever you decide to do here will define the way that you’ll follow. Lets take one example. Perhaps you have felt as if you were a victim associated with a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is really a spiralling on to negative emotions you will begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down inside the dumps? This really is typical to many of us, we’ve areas were we have been adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for all of us to make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, so when you start out to believe similar to this it makes you lose your handle of what are you doing. Once you get in this mind-set or belief it’s very challenging to emerge from it, you’ll need something much more powerful than that mind-set so that you can be free.

At this stage many are asleep, so that they need to get up from other slumber. If you are get up something changes, you become aware of how you have already been playing small , are getting to be a victim. When you’re aware of this you open a door on your perception to alter. Your way for being positive starts here and also this experience is exactly what I call a shift in a new thought process. This transitioning period of transformation is normally slow but well worth the wait.

We all know that transitioning is generally a challenging time as you are taking care of letting go of the old so the new can occur. Most of us find change difficult to deal with as by nature we often fight any change, because we prefer to sit and dwell in the things which we have been informed about that is otherwise called the comfortable zone. In the comfortable zone many of us we dwell there for days periods, what we should don’t realise is the fact that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually ready to go with all the flow as opposed to resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the modification and become in flow from it you might want an optimistic perception of situations that you are going through.

Essentially the most challenging question that many people ask is how to stay positive? Generally we have been creatures of habit look for just changing another thing away from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings the greatest results.
